The Backpack version of the Major Incident First Responder First Aid Kit is designed for situations involving multiple serious injuries, while also providing supplies for general first aid. It includes plenty of saline eye and wound wash, a large selection of bandages, various-sized dressing pressure pads, including options for serious wounds, and a wide range of burn dressings in multiple sizes.
The kit contains 2 x Large Rescue Scissors, allowing 2 first aid responders to work simultaneously on different patients. Military Israeli style trauma bandage dressings are also included. The backpack features a long zip that opens all the way around, allowing the kit to be fully opened so that nearly everything inside can be seen straight away.
